I see this is a 'members-only event.' What does that mean? How can I become a member?
Summit is an exclusive event for our members that provides comprehensive professional development. A 'member' is part of a district or school contracted with Uncharted Learning (UL). Our programs include curriculum, resources, and rich professional development. Learn more here.
FOR TEACHERS:
I’m a NEW TEACHER to Uncharted Learning; when should I attend?
- INCubatoredu - July 8 - July 10
- mxINCedu - July 9 - July 10
I’m a teacher who has taught Uncharted Learning programs before; when should I attend?
- INCubatoredu - July 9 - July 10
- mxINCedu - July 9 - July 10
- MobileMakers Edu - July 9 (one day of programming)
FOR ADMINISTRATORS:
I’m an administrator new to Uncharted Learning. Are there trainings or general sessions that I should attend?
- mxINCedu Admin: No special training, but join us for general sessions on July 9 - July 10
- INCubatoredu Admin: Training for new administrators begins at 10am on July 8; also join us for general sessions on July 9 - July 10

How can I demonstrate the value of the Summit to my school so they will sponsor my attendance?
You can use our Letter of Justification template: Justification Letter for downloading, Justification Letter for copying and modifying.
Will I receive Continuing Professional Development Unit (CPDU) credits?
Yes! Uncharted Learning provides Continuing Professional Development Unit (CPDU) credits for those who attend and have verified attendance.
Are there virtual options?
Only for new members. We offer virtual bootcamps for NEW INCubatoredu and mxINCedu teachers, as well as new INCubatoredu adminstrators who are unable to join us in Chicago. These trainings take place the week of July 28th. Contact us at memberexperience@unchartedlearning.org.
REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE:
Do I need to register for the conference?
Yes, you must register. Space is limited to the first 250 registrants! Register HERE.
How much does it cost to attend?
Your school’s annual fees pay for Summit and boot camp registration. Transportation and lodging costs are not included.
What meals are provided?
Breakfast and lunch are provided.
What should I wear?
Come as you feel comfortable. T-shirts and jeans are just as acceptable as polos and dresses.
